Bucks Fizz

The Bucks Fizz drink is made from champagne and fresh orange juice, and served in a champagne flute.

Bucks Fizz Ingredients:

• 1 part Champagne
• 1 part Orange Juice

Instructions:

• Add the champage to a champagne flute.
• Fill with orange juice.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint, or lemon balm.
