Bois de Rose

The Bois de Rose cocktail is made from gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Aperol, lemon juice and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.

Bois de Rose Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/4 oz Aperol
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• Champagne - to top

Instructions:

• Shake the gin, elderflower liqueur, Aperol and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
• Top with chilled champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
