Absolut Rickey

The Absolut Rickey drink is made from citrus vodka (aka Absolut Citron) and club soda, and served in a highball glass.

Absolut Rickey Ingredients:

• 1 shot Citrus Vodka - Absolut Citron
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add ice to a highball glass.
• Add the vodka, and fill with club soda.
• Garnish with a few lemon wedges.
