Saint Brendans Pyramide

The Saint Brendans Pyramide shot is made by layering sambuca and Irish cream (aka Saint Brendans, or Baileys), and served in a shot glass.

Saint Brendans Pyramide Ingredients:

• 1 oz Irish Cream - Saint Brendans
• 1 oz Sambuca

Instructions:

• Layer the drink by first adding the sambuca to a chilled shot glass.
• Next slowly pour the Saint Brendans Irish Cream over the back of a cold spoon to form the top layer.
