- Muddle the mint and pomegranate seeds in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the cachaca, lychee puree, lime juice and simple syrup and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a few pomegranate seeds.
