Rose Hall Nightcap

The Rose Hall Nightcap is made from Cognac, Pernod, Dark Creme de Cacao and half-and-half, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Rose Hall Nightcap Ingredients:

• 2 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Pernod
• 2 oz Half-and-half
• 1 tbsp Dark Crème de Cacao

Instructions:

• Shake the cognac, Pernod and half-and-half with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Float the dark crème de cacao on top.
