Pisang Pistaschio

The Pisang Pistaschio cocktail is made from Pisang Ambon, amaretto and light cream, and served in a cocktail glass.

Pisang Pistaschio Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Pisang Ambon Liqueur
• 2/3 oz Amaretto
• 1-1/3 oz Light Cream

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a few mint leaves.
