Passionfruit Caipirinha

The Passionfruit Caipirinha is made from fresh passionfruit, sugar and cachaca, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Passionfruit Caipirinha Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 Passion Fruit - small

Instructions:

• Muddle the passionfruit in the bottom of an old fashioned glass with the sugar.
• Add the cachaca and fill with ice.
• Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

• Mint Sprig
