Mystic Caipirinha

The Mystic Caipirinha drink is made from cachaca, ginger beer and tamarind juice, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Mystic Caipirinha Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1 oz Ginger Beer
• 2 oz Tamarind Juice
• 1 Lemon - juiced

Instructions:

• Shake the cachaca, tamarind and juice from a lemon well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice and top with ginger beer.
• Garnish with fresh rosemary.
