Montparnasse

The Montparnasse cocktail is made from Calvados, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and white wine, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Montparnasse Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Calvados
• 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz White Wine - Sauvignon Blanc

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a very thin apple slice.
