Mint Caipirinha

The Mint Caipirinha drink is made from cachaca, mint and lime, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Mint Caipirinha Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar - superfine
• 5 Mint
• 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges

Instructions:

• Muddle the mint, sugar and lime wedges in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
• Fill with crushed ice and add the cachaca.
• Stir slightly before serving.
