Midori Rickey

The Midori Rickey drink is made from Midori melon liqueur, club soda and lime, and served in a highball glass.

Midori Rickey Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1/4 Lime - cut into wedges
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice and squeeze the lime wedges over the ice before dropping them in.
• Add Midori melon liqueur and top with club soda.
• Garnish with a lime twist and/or a lemon twist.
