Knickerbocker Cocktail

The Knickerbocker Cocktail is made from Gin, Dry Vermouth and Sweet Vermouth, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Knickerbocker Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 tsp Sweet Vermouth

Instructions:

• Stir the gin, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
