Harlem Cocktail

The Harlem Cocktail is made from Gin, Maraschino Liqueur and pineapple juice, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Harlem Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 tbsp Pineapple - fresh, diced

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
