Gibson Cocktail

The Gibson Cocktail is made from Gin or Vodka and Dry Vermouth, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Gibson Cocktail Ingredients:

• 3 oz Gin - or vodka
• 3-5 dashes Dry Vermouth - to taste

Instructions:

• Add the gin or vodka to a mixing glass with ice cubes.
• Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with 2 or 3 cocktail onions.
