Fancy Brandy

The Fancy Brandy cocktail is made from Brandy, Cointreau, sugar and Angostura Bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Fancy Brandy Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 tsp Cointreau
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
