Egg Nog is made from Brandy, milk, whipped heavy cream, sugar, eggs and freshly grated nutmeg, and served in a punch cup. Makes 25 servings.
Egg Nog Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Separate the egg whites and yolks.
- Beat the yolks with sugar in a large punch bowl.
- Stir in the milk and cream, and refrigerate for an hour.
- Prior to serving, whip the egg whites and fold into the egg nog.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
- Serves about 25.
