Coffee Flip

The Coffee Flip drink is made from Cognac, Ruby Port, cold coffee, sugar and egg substitute, and served in a chilled red wine glass.

Coffee Flip Ingredients:

• 2 oz Cognac
• 5 oz Coffee - cold, black
• 1 oz Ruby Port
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 tbsp Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Add the cognac, ruby port, coffee, sugar and egg substitute with cracked ice to a blender.
• Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled red wine glass.
• Sprinkle freshly ground nutmeg on top and serve.

• Nutmeg
