Cherub's Cup

The Cherub's Cup drink is made from vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, strawberries and champagne, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Cherub's Cup Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Vodka
• 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
• 1 Strawberry(s) - sliced
• Champagne

Instructions:

• Lightly muddle the strawberry slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add all of the remaining ingredients, except champagne, with ice and shake well.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice and top with champagne.
• Garnish with fresh mint.
