Bronx Cheer

The Bronx Cheer drink is made from Apricot Brandy and raspberry soda, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Bronx Cheer Ingredients:

• 2 oz Apricot Brandy
• Raspberry Soda - to fill

Instructions:

• Fill a chilled collins glass with ice, then add the brandy.
• Top with raspberry soda and stir gently.
• Garnish with fresh raspberries and an orange twist.
