Brid

The Brid cocktail is made from gin, blue curacao, lemon juice and egg white, and served in a cocktail glass.

Brid Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• 1 dash Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a star fruit, or other seasonal fruit.
