Brandy Melba

The Brandy Melba cocktail is made from Brandy, Peach Brandy, Raspberry Liqueur, orange bitters and fresh lemon juice, and served in a cocktail glass.

Brandy Melba Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Peach Brandy
• 1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 3-5 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
