Bourbon Cooler

The Bourbon Cooler drink is made from Bourbon, grenadine, bar sugar, Peppermint Schnapps, orange bitters and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Bourbon Cooler Ingredients:

• 3 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Grenadine
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 3-5 dashes Peppermint Schnapps
• 3-5 dashes Orange Bitters
• 2/3 Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Shake everything except the sparkling water with cracked ice.
• Pour into a chilled collins glass.
• Fill with sparkling water and stir.
• Garnish with a pineapple spear.
