Bigger than Ben

The Bigger than Ben cocktail is made from cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice and ginger root, and served in a cocktail glass.

Bigger than Ben Ingredients:

• 2 parts Xante Cognac
• 2 parts Cointreau
• 2 parts Lemon Juice
• Ginger - fresh ginger root

Instructions:

• Muddle the ginger, Xantè cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake well.
• Strain at least 2 times to filter out the ginger, and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
