Backfire

The Backfire cocktail is made from white rum, strawberry liqueur, grapefruit juice, honey and green pepper seeds, and served in a cocktail glass.

Backfire Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 1-1/3 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 tsp Honey
• Chili Pepper - 3-5 seeds

Instructions:

• Stir the rum, strawberry liqueur and grapefruit juice iwth ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then stir the honey and pepper seeds and float it on top.
• Garnish with a strawberry.
