Ambrosia Drink

The Ambrosia drink is made from Brandy, Apple Brandy, raspberry syrup, chilled sparkling wine and fresh raspberries, and served in a chilled white wine glass.

Ambrosia Drink Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Brandy
• 1-1/2 oz Apple Brandy
• 1/2 tsp Raspberry Syrup
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Add the brandies and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake well.
• Strain into a chilled white wine glass, and top with champagne.
• Garnish with a few raspberries.
