Raspberry Sour

The Raspberry Sour cocktail is made from Finlandia Raspberry vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and (optionally) egg white, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Raspberry Sour Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka - Finlandia
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 Egg White / Substitute - optional

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon peel.
