Joline

The Joline drink is made from light rum, Cointreau, sour mix, pineapple juice and bitter lemon, and served in a highball glass.

Joline Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Rum (Light)
• 2/3 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Sour Mix
• Bitter Lemon

Instructions:

• Shake the rum, Cointreau, sour mix and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass and fill with bitter lemon soda.
• Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.

• Red Maraschino Cherry
• Lemon Slice
