Hawaiian Eye

The Hawaiian Eye drink is made from Bourbon, Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Pernod, half-and-half, maraschino cherry juice and egg white, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Hawaiian Eye Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Pernod
• 1 oz Half-and-half
• 2 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a blender with cracked ice.
• Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
• Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.

Garnish:

• Pineapple Spear
• Red Maraschino Cherry
