Evening Schlager

The Evening Schlager cocktail is made from cognac and Cointreau, and served in a cocktail glass.

Evening schlager Ingredients:

• 1 part Cognac - Xantè preferred
• 1 part Cointreau

Instructions:

• Shake the Xantè cognac and Cointreau without ice.
• Strain into a cocktail glass at room temperature.
• If room-temperature drinks are not for you, shake both ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
