Dubarry Cocktail

The Dubarry Cocktail is made from Gin, Dry Vermouth, Pernod and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Dubarry Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 tsp Pernod
• 1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except the orange slice, to a mixing glass with cracked ice.
• Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
