Charles Street Cocktail

The Charles Street Cocktail is made form Brandy, Sweet Vermouth and Angostura Bitters, and served in a cocktail glass.

Charles Street Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Stir the brandy, sweet vermouth and bitters with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
