The Cactus Snap drink is made from Cointreau, peppermint schnapps and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Cactus Snap Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the peeled prickly pear cactus fruit in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, Cointreau and peppermint schnapps and shake well.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice and garnish with fresh peppermint.
