Cactus Smash

The Cactus Smash drink is made from rum, Cointreau and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Cactus Smash Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
• Add ice, then rum and Cointreau and stir slightly.
• Garnish with a slice of lime.

• Lime Slice
