Blue Elephant

The Blue Elephant drink is made from Absolut Citron, blue curacao, pineapple juice and lemon juice, and served in a highball glass.

Blue Elephant Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Vodka - Absolut Citron
• 2/3 oz Blue Curacao
• Pineapple Juice - equal parts
• Lemon Juice - eqaul parts

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into the glass.
• * Amounts of pineapple juice and lemon juice depend on the size of your highball glass.
