Blackcurrant Passion

The Blackcurrant Passion cocktail is made from Finlandia Blackcurrant vodka, passion fruit, lime juice, pineapple juice and simple syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Blackcurrant Passion Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Blackcurrant Vodka - Finlandia
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 Passion Fruit
• 3/4 oz Sugar Syrup
• Grenadine

Instructions:

• Muddle the passionfruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and everything except the grenadine and shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add a few drops of grenadine without mixing.
• Garnish with fresh pineapple.
