The Abacaxi Ricaco is made inside a whole pineapple with cachaca, pineapple, lime, bitters and nutmeg. Yes, it is served INSIDE a cored pineapple.
Abacaxi Ricaco Ingredients:
- Cut the top off of a pineapple and excavate a hole in the middle.
- Shake the Leblon Cachaca, pineapple puree, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add crushed ice to the pineapple, and strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
